I cut open the tip of my thumb last night while cutting onions. I misjudged where my thumb was in relation to the point of the knife. I knew I'd made contact with the knife, but it's so sharp, it wasn't till later I realized I'd actually cut it. Today though, it stings like a bitch and I keep forgetting and putting pressure on it. I may wear a ltex glove when I make dinner tonight to keep anything ouchy from getting into it.
