Just When I Thought I Couldn't Look At Another Apricot
For two weeks I've been knee deep in the things: picking, prepping, canning them in a variety of ways, getting covered in ants! But tonight, mum made a dessert of apricots poached in muscat served over vanilla ice cream. Now, I'm not a huge dessert person, but this was to die for! And the accompaniment of a lovely Muscato d' Asti didn't hurt either! YUM!
