I'm in one of my not really wanting to eat phases, which means what I do eat is crap, which in turn messes with my metabolism leaving me feeling like crap.
What have I eaten today? A piece of banana bread, half of a really not very good apple fritter, five Pringles and a handful of almonds. Oh, and a pot of tea. Well, at least I eat a decent dinner -- that's something, I suppose. I really need to start making yogurt again. At least I'd be eating something good for my stomach at work.
