Japan - Autumn Leaves Geisha

Christmas Eve Morning

Here at work, but hoping we'll get to go home early. Need to do payroll, but that's about it. Listening to the classical station and all the lovely Christmas music they're playing. Bundled up in many layers trying to stay warm! Should go make tea to aid in that!

Casey has sent back the last part of the Xmas fic, so I hope to have it up by this afternoon! I actually finished it before Christmas! Go me!

Thank you to jinxed_wood for the snow globe and bleukittie for the Yule log! Also thanks to pat_t and tygermama for the lovely cards!

Now, off to make tea and do payroll and take Tylenol. My neck went out yesterday and it vexes me!
Holiday - Xmas Silver Holly

Spinning My Wheels

Well, the new upgraded version of Kronos they installed last week won't work [insert Highlander joke here]. So I can't do payroll until it's fixed. I hope it's today! I'm supposed to be off Friday and really don't want to have to come into work. It's the first time ever I've taken the day after Xmas off so I could have a four day weekend.

That's a Wrap

They sent us home way earlier than normal on Christmas Eve. The payroll system still isn't working and I was told not to worry about it -- we'd deal with it Monday. So I'm not going to worry about it and instead enjoy the beginning of my four day weekend!

Need to make Nin her pumpkin pie here in a bit, but other than that, I'm footloose and fancy free!
Japan - Autumn Leaves Geisha

One of the things I like best about Twitter is how easy it makes direct messaging Nin at work. I can send her a DM from Twitterfox and she gets it on her cell, then she can reply back. We're discussing tonight's menu and beverage choices [g]
