If I Go By Twitter
It would appear everyone in the country is watching football except for the inhabitants of my house.

Does it count as watching if I ignore the game and only watch the ads?
Ithithildyn on February 6th, 2011 10:03 pm (UTC)
I think it only counts for half LOL

'S what I did - watched commercials, studied during actual game.

And my house. No football here. Even when Jerry was alive, no football. He couldn't sit through a game.

Apparently there are a lot of people on this side of the pond watching too. Can't think why.

Best football I watched recently was Matt Smith in Doctor Who...

My husband is watching the game. I am in another room, headphones on, listening to my personal Sherlock playlist and looking for fanfic.

Not me!

There is one footballer in the house. One watching old X-files, and then there's me -- reading Sherlock fic and watching a pretty pink sunset.

I'm not. I watched the Puppy Bowl with my mom. I'm rewatching some I Love the 90s eps I DL'd. Now I'm watching some S3 Merlin while waiting for the latest Primeval to DL.

I'm not watching it; I'm laughing at the various comments being made by my friends on Facebook. :D

Is there a game on?
juniperphoenix on February 6th, 2011 11:47 pm (UTC)

We went to WalMart and then out to a restaurant. Both were distinctly uncrowded, it was great.

Was there a football game on?

Seriously, packing for the west coast, did see a bit of the Puppy Bowl then back to HGTV, dealing with new puppy ... all black mini-dachshund, Sir Simon. Spent most of the week digging out of the snow drift.

*raises hand*

I did not watch the football...

There is no joy in my house the mighty steelers have ...wait that poem was about baseball never mind. Still the kids are bummed but we did enjoy some of the commercials and glee!

I went for a long walk by the Bay while everyone else was inside with their televisions. It was spectacular. :-)

I didn't watch it. I was working!
Black_Raven135black_raven135 on February 7th, 2011 10:40 pm (UTC)
****raises hand even though late*****
I didn't. I saw Nanny McPhee Returns and then a bit later
Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'hoole
They were both terrific.........
I cannot stand American Football.
Soooooooooooooooooooooo slow and boring.
Games take forever. I was a 'football widow' when I was dating
a guy in college who not only played but his brothers all played so you can imagine what it was like for their girlfriends. None of us liked it.

meh. I played video games all day instead. I am so not a football girl at all. Not even the temptation of pretty new ads swayed me away from finishing Final Fantasy 13 [final-freaking-ly! long arse game].
