Roasted Garlic Is Of the Good
I love the smell of roasting garlic. ninjababe's working tonight, so for my solo dinner, I decided to roast garlic and use up the rest of the crusty loaf from last night, along with some goat cheese I have in the fridge. It sounded good when I thought about it.

But you don't like garlic! [g]

No, garlic in small doses is very good. The whole Italians put tons of garlic on everything is what I do not like. Think Olive Garden or Vinny Testa's the stuff reeks from every crevice and pore. It is an accent folks, not the main dish.

In this case, it was the main dish [g]

No the crusty loaf and goat cheese hopefully where, or else your neighbors may be complaining soon.

I love roasted garlic. And probably drive my puppy crazy with the amount I each whenever I do make it.

Had this fava bean dish at a Mediterranean restaurant the other day. Really good, but the garlic was nearly over-powering ... for two days. Whee!

I love Med food! Now the weather's warming up, I need to start making tazitki again.
