The new reboot/sequel/followup (whatever they're calling it) is awesome! I sure hope there will be more in the future. I'm a sucker for anything set pre WWII, especially pre WWII Britain, so for me, it was scrumptious. And it had the added benefit of the very handsome Neil Jackson in the cast.

Have you seen/heard about 'The King's Speech'(http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1504320/)? The director is Tom Hooper (John Adams, Elizabeth I), Colin Firth, Helena Bonham Carter and Geoffrey Rush are among the cast... It'll be released in March here (and I can't wait to see it!!!), but I believe it already was released in the USA...

It is in limited release, only in big markets, so no idea when it will show here. But want to see it :)

I enjoyed it enormously, but I did feel the new staff lacked some of the chemistry of the old. Though I suppose that's probably because they were working together for years and these new ones have only just met!

It's a minor gripe and I'd happily sit through more if they choose to make it. In the meantime there is going to be another series of Downton Abbey, so that's good! :)

I have Downton Abbey, but haven't watched it yet.
